Jodie Stookey was raised in the small town of Forrest City, Arkansas. She has lived in Ammon, Idaho for about a year, and she absolutely loves her community. Jodie specializes in family care with a focus on pediatrics and has over ten years of healthcare experience with children. She always knew she wanted to be a nurse, and she went to college straight out of high school to obtain her BSN. When she was in school, Jodie was positive she wanted to work in labor and delivery. However, she found her home in the NICU working with premature infants and their families. Witnessing such tiny babies fight and persevere gave her an appreciation for the resilience of children. It is the reason why she cherishes the work she does today. Jodie loves being able to make her patients smile. When she’s away from the office, Jodie enjoys exploring nature and skiing with her family.
