Going forward, you’ll know us as Just 4 Kids Pediatrics — and that change comes with something exciting: a unified family of pediatric care that makes it easier than ever to get your kids the help they need.

This isn’t just a name change. We’ve officially brought several different groups together under one roof. Just 4 Kids Urgent Care, Just 4 Kids Mental Health, Idaho Falls Pediatrics, and Mountain Peak Pediatrics in Rexburg are now all part of the same family of caregivers across Southeast Idaho.
Whether you’ve been a patient at our Idaho Falls clinic for years or have relied on Mountain Peak Pediatrics in Rexburg, you’re now connected to a broader team working together on behalf of your child.
Why We Did This
The goal was simple: make it easier for families to find the right kind of care, and make it easier for our providers to communicate and coordinate on your behalf.
Pediatric care isn’t one-size-fits-all. Kids need primary care check-ups, urgent care when something comes up unexpectedly, and sometimes mental health support as well as the option to get help through our Virtual Care service. Having those four pillars under the same family means you’re not navigating separate systems, separate records, or separate conversations every time your child’s needs change.

After-hours urgent needs will now be handled by Just 4 Kids Urgent Care, which provides consistent coverage 365 days a year. This centralizes urgent care so you always know where to go.

Will the Rexburg clinic stay open?
Yes. Mountain Peak Pediatrics in Rexburg continues to operate and is now part of the Just 4 Kids Pediatrics family, located adjacent to Just 4 Kids Urgent Care on Bond Avenue.
Will referrals work the same way?
Yes. Referral pathways remain intact. The difference is that coordination between your care team improves behind the scenes.
