Colette Egbert was raised on a farm in the small town of Newdale, Idaho, where she spent her summers moving pipe, driving tractors, and hauling hay and potatoes. She and her family have lived in the Idaho Falls area for 23 years. Colette spent approximately 13 years as a registered nurse in the NICU, ER, and PACU before transitioning to pediatrics. She enjoys working in pediatrics because she loves helping people feel better, and kids make it easy. In her experience, a popsicle, a sticker, and a good show tend to go a long way. Colette finds the brutal honesty of her patients to be refreshing and funny. Whether she’s mowing a lawn, running, or hiking to the top of a mountain, Colette prefers to spend her free time outdoors.
