Sarah Hardy
LPC
Sarah Hardy is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with children, teens, adults, and families. She approaches her work with gratitude and a deep belief that every person has the capacity to grow, even through life’s difficulties.
Her experience has centered on childhood development, parenting skills, and family systems. She continues to develop her clinical work in the areas of emotional and behavioral management, anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, and trauma. Sarah’s therapeutic approach is warm, calm, and personalized, and she draws from play therapy, emotion-focused and expressive arts techniques, and elements of CBT and TBT.
She was inspired to pursue a career in mental health through the compassionate example of her mother, whose support helped her navigate personal challenges. That experience shaped Sarah’s belief in the power of gentle care, self-worth, and resilience. She values the privilege of hearing clients’ stories and creating a peaceful environment where they feel seen, safe, and supported.
Outside of her professional role, she enjoys expressing herself creatively through hand lettering, embroidery, watercolor painting, crochet, singing, and theatre. She also loves spending time with her children, who are the greatest joy in her life.
