Heather Halversen was raised in Rigby, Idaho and has lived in Rexburg, Idaho for about ten years. She specializes in emergency medicine and pediatric urgent care. Heather enjoys problem-solving and helping kids feel better so they can enjoy their lives. She specifically prefers pediatrics because there is never a dull moment. She thinks the kids are hilarious and loves seeing the joy in their eyes when they receive a popsicle, a lollipop, or the wonderful news that they don’t need any shots! In her spare time, Heather prefers to be outdoors and enjoys activities like gardening, hiking, kayaking, and sightseeing. She is proficient in both English and Japanese with some additional fluency in Mandarin and Spanish.
